Got my state inspection done here... although they didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish, she used Google Translate to help us communicate. They don't take credit and I had no cash. She told me bring cash back later and let me leave without even knowing me. I will be going by to pay her this evening and will certainly be ready to pay in cash next time! Very nice people.
